UK Property Calculator is a ChatGPT app run by the team behind lendingcalculator.co.uk. Last updated 25 October 2026.
When you use the app, ChatGPT sends us only the numbers needed for the calculation you asked for, such as a purchase price, loan amount, interest rate or term. We do not receive your name, email, account details or the rest of your conversation.
We don't store your figures. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived technical logs, which record which calculator was used and on which day, so we can count usage. These logs contain no personal data and are deleted automatically.
We don't sell or share any data. Links in the app go to lendingcalculator.co.uk and are tagged so we can see that a visit came from ChatGPT. That site's own privacy policy applies there.
